We used the shape of an ancient handwriting stele, found on the island of Lemnos, for the form (logo) containing the name Dabizas. Our aim was to emphasize tradition and locality of the product since it can be only produced within the island of Lemnos.
The typography is custom made and based on the letters that are engraved in the same ancient stele. Furthermore, spiral lines refer to ancient images (labyrinth) and to the imprints, as well, that production process leaves on the cheese.
